Overview
Randomised, open-label trial in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), dyslipidemia and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD) comparing Tofogliflozin monotherapy with Tofogliflozin plus pemafibrate (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Percent change from baseline in ALT at 24 weeks (between groups). Started May 2024; status: recruiting.
