Open-label, single-arm trial of budesonide, formoterol, clarithromycin and montelukast in Airflow Limitation, Bronchiolitis Obliterans Syndrome (BOS) and respiratory complication. Primary endpoint: Prevention rate of decreasing respiratory function with triple combination treatment in AFO patients. Started Mar 2019; status: completed.
