Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of nintedanib, carboplatin and etoposide in small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), sponsored by Japanese Respiratory Foundation. Primary endpoint: Incidence of acute exacerbation of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis at 28 days after last administration of cytotoxic anticancer agents. Started Oct 2019; status: completed.
