Overview
Open-label trial of mirogabalin in chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) (2 cohorts), sponsored by Daiichi Sankyo Co., Ltd. Primary endpoints: Percentage of cases with peripheral sensory neuropathy (CTCAE v5.0 grade ≥2) at 12 months after chemotherapy start and Change in last 7-day pain (including tingling) NRS over 3 months after start of mirogabalin.
