Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of docetaxel, cisplatin and fluorouracil in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma (ESCC), esophageal adenosquamous carcinoma (ASC) and esophageal cancer. Primary endpoints: Completion rate of scheduled chemoradiotherapy and operation within defined period (Phase I) and 2-year progression-free survival (Phase II). Started Feb 2025; status: recruiting.
