Open-label trial of benznidazole and nifurtimox in American trypanosomiasis (CD) (3 arms), sponsored by Japan Agency for Medical Research and Development. Primary endpoints: PCR negativity at 1 year in participants PCR-positive before treatment and Serologic improvement at 2 years in participants PCR-negative before treatment.
