Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of dexamethasone, cytarabine and zoledronic acid in Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) (2 arms), sponsored by Japan Agency for Medical Research and Development. Primary endpoints: 3-year event-free survival rate by risk group in patients under 20 years and 3-year event-free survival rate in patients 20 years and older. Started Jul 2021; status: recruiting.
