Phase 2, open-label trial of thiotepa, melphalan and methotrexate in medulloblastoma (5 arms), sponsored by Japan Agency for Medical Research and Development. Primary endpoints: 5-year progression-free survival in patients aged 4 years or older without metastases, 5-year progression-free survival in patients aged 4 years or older with metastases and 2 more.
