Overview
Randomised, open-label trial in open-angle glaucoma (OAG), ocular hypertension and pseudoexfoliation glaucoma (PXG) comparing GLA-ALPHA arm with AILAMIDE arm (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Change in intraocular pressure from baseline to week 4 at 2 hours post-instillation. Started Dec 2025; status: recruiting.
