Overview
Randomised, open-label trial in Neuralgia, cervical spondylomyelopathy (CSM) and ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament (OPLL) comparing Mecobalamin monotherapy with Mirogabalin add-on to mecobalamin (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Change in upper limb numbness NRS score. Started Nov 2025; status: recruiting.
