Overview
Randomised, single-blind trial in gingival disease, periodontal abscess and periodontitis comparing Intervention: amoxicillin + Hainosankyuto with Control: amoxicillin alone (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Local inflammatory findings assessed by dentist at day 30, OHIP-14 total and subdomain scores at day 30 and 4 more. Planned start Jul 2026; status: not yet recruiting.
