Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial in myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML) comparing Azacitidine monotherapy with Pevonedistat + azacitidine (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Event-free survival or survival without disease worsening. Planned start Dec 2017; status: not yet recruiting.
