Overview
Phase 2, randomised trial in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and major depressive disorder (MDD) comparing NRX-101 study drug arm with Placebo arm (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in glutamate/glutamine and GABA activity by MRS and Clinical improvement in depression after 4 weeks. Planned start Sep 2018; status: not yet recruiting.
