Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC) comparing GSK3359609 + pembrolizumab with Placebo + pembrolizumab (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Primary efficacy comparison in PD-L1 CPS >=1 population and Primary efficacy comparison in PD-L1 CPS >=20 population. Planned start Feb 2020; status: not yet recruiting.
