Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in diabetes mellitus type 1 (T1D) comparing Dapagliflozin + pioglitazone + insulin with Dapagliflozin + placebo + insulin (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in hemoglobin A1c and Change in plasma ketone concentration. Planned start Dec 2020; status: not yet recruiting.
