Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) comparing Placebo once weekly with Cendakimab once weekly (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Reduction in dysphagia symptoms over 24 weeks and Reduction in esophageal eosinophil counts over 24 weeks. Started Aug 2021; status: active, not recruiting.
