Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in Complement 3 glomerulopathy (C3G) and Immune Complex Membranoproliferative Glomerulonephritis (IC-MPGN) comparing Pegcetacoplan with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Reduction in proteinuria. Planned start May 2022; status: not yet recruiting.
