Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) and Cirrhosis comparing Pegozafermin 30 mg weekly with Placebo weekly (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Time to first confirmed major adverse liver outcome and Fibrosis regression at 24 months in low-risk CSPH subgroup. Started Aug 2024; status: recruiting.
