Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in major depressive disorder (MDD) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) comparing Psychotherapy + psilocybin with Psychotherapy + placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Change in depressive symptom severity from baseline to Day 77. Planned start Apr 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
