Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in diabetes mellitus type 1 (T1D) comparing Teplizumab with Matching placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Change in glucose level from baseline over 12 months and Total days without prandial insulin use through Week 52. Planned start Oct 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
