Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of busulfan, clofarabine, fludarabine, cyclophosphamide and melphalan in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) (3 arms), sponsored by Queen Silvia's Children's Hospital. Primary endpoint: 2-year graft-versus-host disease-free and relapse-free survival. Planned start Jul 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
