Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), hypertension (HTN) and cardiac morbidity comparing Vicadrostat + empagliflozin with Placebo + empagliflozin (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Time to first cardiovascular death, hospitalization for heart failure, or urgent heart-failure visit. Planned start Nov 2025; status: not yet recruiting.
