Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of amlodipine, lisinopril, doxazosin and pravastatin in hypertension (HTN) and hypercholesterolemia (6 arms), sponsored by National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute. Primary endpoints: Combined incidence of fatal coronary heart disease and nonfatal myocardial infarction at 4.9 years and All-cause mortality at 4.9 years. Started Aug 1993; status: completed.
