Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in cytomegalovirus retinitis comparing Oral Ganciclovir with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Incidence of Cytomegalovirus (CMV) Retinal and Gastrointestinal Mucosal Disease at 12 months and Safety and Toxicity at 12 months. Status: completed.
