Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in human immunodeficiency virus infection (HIV) and Persistent Generalized Lymphadenopathy (PGL) comparing Isoprinosine with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Increase in natural killer (NK) cell activity at Day 90, Increase in total T-cells (OKT-11) at Day 90 and 1 more. Status: completed.
