Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in breast cancer, ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) and atypical breast hyperplasia comparing Tamoxifen + Fenretinide with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Modulation of surrogate endpoint biomarkers (Ki67, ER, HER2/neu, p53, retinoid receptors, DNA index). Started May 1996; status: completed.
