Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial of lopinavir + ritonavir in human immunodeficiency virus infection (HIV) (2 arms), sponsored by Abbott Laboratories. Primary endpoints: Proportion of subjects with viral load below the limit of quantitation at 24 weeks and Time to loss of virologic response at 48 weeks. Started Nov 1997; status: completed.
