Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial of dehydroepiandrosterone and clarithromycin in monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS) (4 arms), sponsored by Mayo Clinic. Primary endpoints: Reduction in bone marrow plasmacytosis at 6 months, Reduction in serum and/or urine M protein at 6 months and 1 more. Started Aug 2000; status: completed.
