Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in Parkinson's disease (PD) and dyskinesia comparing Riluzole + Levodopa with Placebo + Levodopa (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Severity of parkinsonian signs at 4 weeks and Severity of levodopa-associated motor response complications at 4 weeks. Started Mar 2001; status: completed.
