PI-Including vs PI-Sparing Regimens in Pregnant Women with HIV

Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial in human immunodeficiency virus infection (HIV) comparing Group A (Nelfinavir) with Group B (Nevirapine) (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Proportion of women with virologic suppression to less than 500 copies/ml at 34 weeks gestation and Proportion of women with virologic suppression to less than 500 copies/ml at 48 weeks postpartum.
