Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of mycophenolate mofetil in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) and 7 more, sponsored by Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Risk of true graft rejection in patients with and without preceding chemotherapy at 5 years and Risk of grades II-IV acute GVHD in those patients with sustained engraftment at 5 years.
