Overview
Phase 2, randomised, open-label trial in human immunodeficiency virus infection (HIV) comparing Amprenavir/ritonavir, Saquinavir/ritonavir and Efavirenz (3 arms). Primary endpoints: Proportion of subjects with plasma HIV RNA levels below the limit of quantification (400 copies/mL) at 24 weeks and Time until loss of virologic response at 48 weeks.
