Overview
Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of imatinib in myelofibrosis (MF) and chronic myelomonocytic leukemia (CMML), sponsored by National Cancer Institute. Primary endpoints: Clinical responses in terms of improvement in anemia and splenomegaly at 12 months and Frequency of adverse events at 12 months. Started Apr 2002; status: completed.
