Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of gemcitabine, paclitaxel and carboplatin in urothelial carcinoma of the bladder (UC), transitional cell carcinoma of the renal pelvis and ureter (TCC) and urethral cancer (3 arms), sponsored by SWOG Cancer Research Network. Primary endpoint: Pathologic Complete Response Rate at 12 weeks. Started Jan 2003; status: completed.
