High-Dose Gleevec Alone or With PEG-Intron and GM-CSF in Early Phase CML

Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of pegylated interferon alpha and sargramostim in chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) (2 arms), sponsored by University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Primary endpoints: Duration of Pathological Complete Response Negativity or Cytogenetic Response and Number of Participants with Complete Hematologic Remission Classification of Complete Cytogenetic Response at 12 months.
