Overview
Phase 2, open-label trial of zidovudine and ribavirin in hepatitis C (HCV) and human immunodeficiency virus infection (HIV), sponsored by National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. Primary endpoints: Steady state area under the concentration time curve (AUC) between 0 and 12 hours of zidovudine (ZDV)-MP, ZDV-TP, and dTTP in PBMCs, Systemic exposure (AUC over 0 to 12 hours) of nelfinavir and 2 more.
