Alosetron in severe diarrhea-predominant IBS

Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of Alosetron in Irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea (IBS-D) (4 arms), sponsored by GSK. Primary endpoints: Subject self assessment of improvement between treatment groups using the IBS Global Improvement Scale and Comparison of safety and tolerability between treatment groups with respect to adverse events & laboratory abnormalities.
