Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in diabetic macular edema (DME) comparing Ruboxistaurin with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Mean Duration of Definite Center of Macula-involved Diabetic Macular Edema (DME) at 36 months and Occurrence of Sustained Moderate Visual Loss (SMVL) in a Diabetic Retinopathy (DR) Study Eye at 36 months.
