Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF) comparing Spironolactone with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Composite of Cardiovascular Mortality, Aborted Cardiac Arrest, or Hospitalization for the Management of Heart Failure up to 6 years. Started Aug 2006; status: completed.
