Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) comparing Casopitant + Ondansetron with Placebo + Ondansetron (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Number of subjects who achieve a complete response during the first 24 hour evaluation period following emergence from anesthesia. Started Oct 2004; status: completed.
