Phase 2, open-label, single-arm trial of lopinavir + ritonavir in human immunodeficiency virus infection (HIV). Primary endpoints: Proportion of patients with plasma HIV-1 RNA <400 copies/mL at 48 weeks, Proportion of patients with plasma HIV-1 RNA < 50 copies/mL at 48 weeks and 1 more.
