Overview
Phase 3, randomised, open-label trial of amodiaquine, artesunate, sulfadoxine + pyrimethamine and chloroquine in malaria (3 arms), sponsored by London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. Primary endpoints: Clinical failure by day 28 and Incidence of adverse events at Day 28. Started Aug 2003; status: completed.
