Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) comparing Eculizumab with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Hemoglobin stabilization at 26 weeks and Units of packed red blood cells transfused at 26 weeks. Started Oct 2004; status: completed.
