Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial in Chagas cardiomyopathy (CCC) comparing Benznidazole with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoint: Composite of Death, Resuscitated Cardiac Arrest, Sustained Ventricular Tachycardia, New/worsening Heart Failure, New Pacemaker/ICD, Stroke/TIA, Cardiac Transplant at 5 years. Started Nov 2004; status: completed.
