Overview
Phase 2, randomised, double-blind trial in major depressive disorder (MDD) comparing Metyrapone Group with Placebo Group (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Response Rate (30% reduction in HamD score) at 5 weeks, Response Rate (50% reduction in HamD score) at 5 weeks and 5 more. Started May 1998; status: completed.
