Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial in diabetic nephropathy (DN) comparing Sulodexide with Placebo (2 arms). Primary endpoints: Time to doubling of the serum creatinine or end stage kidney disease (ESRD) up to 4 years and Safety and tolerance of sulodexide therapy long-term up to 4 years.
