Overview
Phase 4, randomised, double-blind trial of eplerenone in hypertension (HTN) (2 arms), sponsored by Pfizer. Primary endpoints: Change from baseline in the media/lumen ratio of gluteal subcutaneous resistance vessels at 52 weeks and Change from baseline in the maximum % relaxation response to acetylcholine of gluteal subcutaneous resistance vessels at 52 weeks.
