Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of ciclesonide in asthma (3 arms), sponsored by AstraZeneca. Primary endpoints: Forced Expiratory Volume in 1 second at 12 weeks and Provocative Dose of Methacholine causing a 20% fall in FEV1 at 12 weeks. Started Oct 2004; status: completed.
