Overview
Phase 3, randomised, double-blind trial of triamcinolone acetonide in diabetic macular edema (DME) (2 arms), sponsored by University of Sydney. Primary endpoints: Proportion of eyes with improvement of visual acuity by 5 letters or more on the ETDRS chart at 24 months and Incidence of moderate or severe adverse effects related to treatment at 24 months.
