Overview
Phase 4, randomised, open-label trial of insulin glargine in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) (2 arms), sponsored by Sanofi. Primary endpoints: Percentage of patients with a 3-step or greater progression on the ETDRS retinopathy scale at 5 years and Patient level recoded integer ETDRS retinopathy scale at 5 years.
